libisl-dbg software package provides manipulating sets and relations of integer points bounded by linear constraints, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libisl-dbg
libisl-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libisl-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libisl-dbg *
You will get with libisl-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
